Prior to the start of the summer session, an online test will be sent to students to verify their suitability for the program. If the student's test scores do not meet the requirements, we will schedule academic advising to evaluate the best next step.

In order to ensure a quality learning experience for all learners, all of our centers have caps on the number of learners from different nationalities and language groups. If a particular nationality is over-enrolled on certain dates of a course, we will stop accepting enrollments from that nationality on those dates.
We understand that plans don't change. We have flexible refund and change policies for different programs. You may request to change your departure date, adjust your campus, or change your program type within a specified period of time prior to the start of your program, please consult your advisor for specific terms and conditions.

Yes. Please let us know at the time of booking and complete our medical and consent form once the booking is confirmed. We will arrange a time to discuss this with you if necessary.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund early departure/late arrival fees for classes.
Residential courses: a non-refundable deposit of £500 per student is required at the time of booking. All remaining payments for the course are due at least 6 weeks prior to the course start date.
Yes - on receipt of your booking and £500 deposit we can issue a certificate of enrolment for visa application purposes.
